Very responsive with a reasonable estimate based on my description of the problem. This was not an emergency but still able to schedule an appointment in a couple of days. The two electricians (Jesse and Thomas) were friendly, very professional and identified and fixed the problem quickly. This is one of those companies that you recommend to friends and family.

Both of our kitchen light switches were out. 2 serviceman came out. They were both polite and went right to work and they worked efficiently fixing the problem. I was so pleased with their work that I had them put in a new outlet to the existing one on my deck (which wasn't working). Then, they fixed the light/fan switch in one of the bedrooms. Quite a productive 90 minutes.
